Ferrite Beads are a kind of inductors having center holes and are composed of ferromagnetic material. When placed onto a current carrying conductor it acts as a choke. Ferrite beads inductors are used to keep out unwanted signals or for decoupling on dc supply and some signal lines.
They are demanded because they work like inductors but work in those areas which are parasitic for regular inductors.
